Services
BlindMoon provides custom window treatment measurement consultations and quotes. A free consultation does not obligate you to purchase. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to proceed with production. The balance is due upon installation. Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.
Installation
Our partner will contact you to schedule installation within the timeframe specified in your quote. Custom products are made to order and non-returnable.
Warranty
All installations include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage from improper use or maintenance is not covered.
